Bosque del Apache National Wildlife Refuge is located along the Rio Grande near Socorro, New Mexico. In the Autumn thousands of Sandhill Cranes, Snow Geese and other birds migrate through the area. During the Festival of the Cranes in November birders and photographers come from all over the country to see the amazing sights.
